Should anyone open their front door today they might just be greeted by a great big colourful box all wrapped up with ribbon. Heck, even if you're just walking down some path, minding your own business, you might suddenly find yourself stumbling across this multicoloured gift box. Inside the box are thousands of tiny little packing peanuts. It might be a little excessive, but there's a good reason for there to be so much packaging. Fast asleep on top of the foam packaging is a little girl wearing a nice little New Feather dress. Every now and then she tosses and turns in her sleep, making the box shake a little as she does so.

The girl's journal and clothes are also packed in along with her, further down in the box. Some assembly required, do not swallow the packaging as it's a choking hazard. No batteries required. Enjoy your x1 New Feather starter kit!]

[YAAAAAAWN. Gosh Otonashi is so tired right now. He only just arrived in some time paradox two days ago, and he's still exhausted from all the craziness. And his back still hurts. Damned wings. Gaaaah.

Now he's just going to open the front door to leave the apartment for a bit...]

So he comes out of his room, pulling on a jacket and gives the other a confused look] No, I don't recall there being a mail service. Why?

[Rolling over inside her comfy cardboard bed and snoring a little. The box shifts a little as she does this. Boxes don't tend to snore... Unless Luceti has snoring boxes which I am not aware of.]

[As Naoi walks on over, Otonashi looks back at the Yotsubox, gesturing toward it.]

Well, this box is just sitting right at your door--

[ OH GOD OH GOD OH GOD SHE GOT A PRESENT! Usagi just opened the door and there was a present, this is the best day ever. Why aren't all days like this. Happiness and joy abound, it's like Christmas but a month and a half earlier.

So she eagerly looks inside the box, and-- ... oh.. Wait, do they give.. people-like dolls as presents..? ... Huh, sort of creepy..

She just gently pokes the doll-girl-thing lying in the box (considering she didn't see it move just yet). ]

[She's sleeping nice and peacefully... That is until Yotsuba feels someone poking her. Natural reaction? SLAP THE HAND THAT'S POKING HER AWAY!]

Not here!! ...Aah. [Rolling over and going back to sleep. It's too soon to be getting up right now.]

[ ... The doll move. Moreover, the doll moved and slapped her hand away. What is the natural reaction to that natural reaction?

Yup, shriek like a girl. ]

A-- aah! What's this?! This doll moved and talked, what a scary present! [ If Usagi's loud screaming isn't enough to wake her up, nothing is, pretty much. ]

[What is with all these loud noises so early in the morning? Cracking an eye open and turning a little to glare at whoever's waking her up.]

[ She's still freaking out, give her a few moments. Then she does notice the doll.. girl.. thing speaking up, and she blinks a few times, suddenly quieting down but still looking rather surprised. ]

[Oh. There is a box on the porch! He was going to roll in the grass, but now there is a box on the porch, and it is moving.]
